Beauty, Balance and Beading…
Tonight I learned something I have never done. I learned how to do beading at the Silver Cove in Lacombe. I took my delightful string of garnet I had purchased in Sedona and Melissa taught me how to build a couple of bracelets and some beautiful pieces on leather cord for my husband. I loved it.
Lindsay was also working in the store and we laughed and played like little kids as I learned how take one bead at a time and create something entirely new – something that had never existed before.I have a little kit of tools now so I will continue making wonderful beaded things, just because I know how.Thanks Melissa, I enjoyed the process.
Melissa has invited me do a workshop on July 10th from 5:30 to 9pm at the Silver Cove in Lacombe. That’s a Thursday night and since we are shooting video on the 8th and 9th here at the Studio, the 10th works out perfectly. It will be a fun break from talking to a camera for two days. We will open the evening with a light beginners guided meditation (18 minutes long), where you will learn how to easily relax your mind and thoughts so you can meditate, and learn why it is important to your psychic sense to practice meditation.
The rest of the time, I will share stories about how I got to where I am from where you are. After all, I am just like you – I started in this industry with nothing but a keen desire to make a difference and an uncanny ability to know stuff I shouldn’t know. Yup, that’s what I said, I am just like you.
An affordable registration fee of $49 will be required at the time of booking to hold your space, as seating will be limited. You will receive a set of my Mystical Magical Meditation cd’s. Your attendance will include the opportunity to be selected for a short psychic reading. Time permitting, I may do more than one. There will also be a donation made to Whiskers Rescue from the proceeds.
