Welcome to another episode of Medium Well with Psychic Sharyn Rose. Today she shares with you two guided meditations created by estelar. To assist in developing emotional and mental intuition. To understand their growing abilities and strengthen their connection to the physical and spiritual world. Ensure you have listened to Episode 41, so you can follow along. Episode 41 contains a quiz in there that will help you figure out what is your psychic type. So let’s get started and learn more about mental and emotionally intuitive.

Hey, welcome back to Medium Well with Psychic Sharyn Rose. Here we are, episode 44! This is the fourth installment (and the last) of discovering your psychic type. And today we’re going to talk about – now don’t forget! I will draw another card today at the end of this session from the Psychic Tarot deck with a message for you! But what we’re going to do today is we’re going to do four guided meditations. If you’ve done the quiz in Episode 41 – if you haven’t done it, stop this right now and go back to Episode 41. You might also want to listen to 42 and 43 because this is the 4th segment of a 4-part series. This is about discovering and learning, and understanding your psychic type. You don’t know your psychic type if you don’t do the quiz. And trust me, you might be surprised. So make sure you’ve got that done.

Can You Teach Yourself To Meditate?

First, if you have, hang in! We’re going to do four guided meditations today. Now, one of the ways to increase our intuitive and psychic abilities – I’ve said this over and over and over – is to practice meditation. It’s quietly listening to the actual inner voice. So what meditation is, and these meditations and visualizations I’m going to do with you will guide you for yourself. So the first one we’re going to do is the emotional intuitive. Now emotional intuitions are usually highly attuned to psychic, emotional energy. And it’s essential for them to become skilled at balancing common sight, the feelings and emotions that they into it. When emotional intuitive can identify the emotions they’re picking up on, they’ll be better able to interpret what they’re psychically receiving. So here we go. For those that are emotionally intuitive. I’m going to start the meditation for you right now. And it isn’t very long and doesn’t take long. I’m going to guide you through it. And I want you just to follow along. So let’s get started. So I want to invite you to lie or sit in a comfortable position that you can stay in for some time, perhaps 20 or 30 minutes. Close your eyes and take a long deep breath. Send the energy of your breath to any part of your body that is sore, tense or tight. Breathe it again, and exhale any stress or tension you feel anywhere in your body as you let go of any thoughts, worries or concerns. Exhaling the stress and the tension. breathing and relaxing. Going deeper and deeper into relaxation, breathing in letting go of any emotions that surface. Breathing in, letting go deeper and deeper into relaxation. Relaxing, going deeper. No worries, no cares of the day. Let them go as you breathe out. Breathing and letting go of any emotions rocking around inside. Let yourself become aware of them. And then release them with your breath. Easy, calm, relaxed, breath free and easy. Imagine you are on a beautiful beach on a warm and clear day. Imagine that you’re walking along the shore. Feeling the sand warming your feet as you continue along the shore, breathing in this Solid air, you feel more relaxed. The sun sets as you walk toward the shore, watching the waves rolling toward you. You hear the sounds of the sea, relaxing and inviting. Now, you notice a bright beam of light spreading across the waves. As the sun sets, the light becomes brighter and stronger. As you continue to walk. You notice a tall lighthouse in the distance, it stands close to shore, and you walk towards the lighthouse. As you approach it, you notice its strong structure. It is old yet made to withstand the weather and the sea, so you decide to enter the lighthouse. Once inside, you climb the circular staircase, gripping the rail and step by step, you go higher and higher. You feel safe. As you ascend the stairs, you’re going higher and higher. And now you come to the top floor of the lighthouse. A comfortable chair in the room is at the top of the lighthouse, looking out across the sea. You take a seat, and you sink into the overstuffed cushions. You watch the light beam from the lighthouse spread out over the sea. Oh, the wind has picked up over the ocean. And there seems to be a distant storm making its way to shore, tossing the waves tumultuously over one another. The light from the lighthouse calls out to the turbulent seas. You feel the darkness of the storm coming closer and closer. And this storm holds the potency of emotion. There may be fear, frustration, or jealousy within the winds and the clouds of the storm. The beam of the light invites those feelings closer; it calls out to them and beckons them to come closer. There might be feelings and emotions within you that surface as they are drawn toward the light. The feelings and emotions intensify. You can feel their force and the sharpness of those feelings, yet they cannot harm or hurt you. Without resisting. Notice how these intense feelings dissolve into the light cast by the lighthouse. The light envelopes the emotions. The feelings such as anger, pain, jealousy, and frustration soften. As they enter the bright light. The light from the lighthouse becomes stronger and brightens as these feelings merge. After these feelings enter the light, they emerge as clear, vibrant, positive energy. These emotions’ negativity is now transformed into translucent, radiant waves. You may feel these feelings as they pass into the light. The light is strong, and it calls out into the storm. meanness, anger, anxiety stress. These two come close as the light invites them and transforms them into pure energy. You are energized and strengthened as you witness the process of the cleansing light. More emotions may surface, and the light absorbs many emotions. You feel clear and calm. Now you notice the waves diminishing as the storm loses its force. So soon, the sea is calm and serene as it spreads out before you like clear translucent glass underneath the moon shining In the night sky; if two spread light, serenity, calm and peace, you feel the silence all around you. You settle into deep inner peace. In this calmness, you ask for guidance, which you can receive with clarity. Sit quietly and ask any questions that you might have. Breathe and receive images, information and feelings. Just listen and accept whatever it is that you receive. Breathing calmly takes all the time you need. When you’re ready, descend the staircase of the lighthouse. You are now back on the warm sandy beach, completely in your body, and you can feel movement in your hands and feet. You’re feeling better than you have in a long time. Now you’re nearly back in the here and now. One coming back to complete your room. Three, open your eyes. This affirmation, please write it down. You can use it to help support your development as an emotional intuitive. I let go, and I let God. The universe has a plan for each of us. I am love. I am compassionate, and I am wise.

Is Meditation A Mental Activity?

Okay, we’re only going to be able to do two meditations, and this next one will be for the mental. So that means there will be the 5th segment to this, including the mental and spiritual. So the mental intuitive This is for you, a bubble of love. Mental intuition often has a difficult time quieting the mind. They can sometimes feel as if their thoughts never cease. They might continuously go over the same opinion or idea, often feeling lost as to how to disentangle from them. Mental intuition is at its best when they’re open to receiving vibrations from the higher transcendental mind. And this will be more possible as the mental intuitive come into balance by shifting their energy from the mind into the heart. And too much, I’ve talked about the reason a lot too. Too much focus in mind creates a closed circuit. It’s unable to receive the inflow of energy from a more elevated source. Because mental energy infused with the power of the heart helps a mental intuition open to higher levels of awareness, let’s begin the meditation for the mental intuitive.

How Do You Know If You Are Deep Meditating?

Put yourself in a comfortable position that you can stay in for a long period. Close your eyes and take a long deep breath. Send the energy of your breath to any part of your body that is sore, tense or tight. Breathe in again. And then exhale. any stress or tension anywhere in your body again, and let go of any thoughts, worries or concerns of the day. Let go of any stress and tension. Breathe and relax, going deeper and deeper into relaxation. Settle into the natural rhythm of your breath, relaxing and going deeper and deeper. Imagine a place in nature, perhaps somewhere you’ve been before. Or you can create it right now. A warm and inviting place. Perhaps you hear the sound of water in the background. A distant stream or waterfall is soothing and relaxing. You can see trees and grass swaying in a gentle breeze. There are wildflowers of all shapes and colours playing in the sunshine. The sweet smell of grass of a deep forest is now permeating your senses helping you to relax even deeper. The sun is shining down on you. Its rays spread warmth, love, serenity, security, and deep relaxation all through you. Take another deep breath and draw your awareness to the top of your head. Keep breathing and relaxing. Above your head, you sense a well of pure white light. Inhale this light. It is warm and relaxing as you exhale this light. And as you do so, it begins to form a bubble. The bubble of light begins to surround you. And as you continue to breathe in this white light and exhale it, the bubble becomes stronger. It protects you and allows only what is in your highest good to enter. At the same time, any stress, concern or tension you may have is released and dissolved through the walls of the bubble. This space that you have created is safe, you can open your heart, and you can allow love to flow through you. Love intensifies within the light, and it helps you to relax more and more. Relax into the light. You feel as if you can relax and soften into the bubble of white light. You’re feeling lighter and as if you’re expanding to fill this bubble. You can go beyond your physical body. Fill the bubble with your essence and spirit, and then expand beyond the bubble. colliding into open space. You feel light and free. You are light. Imagine the light that you are as you now expand into brighter light and love. You can connect with whomever or whatever you desire to merge with. You can touch anyone else’s light. You can be in the presence of anyone you desire to be with. They can feel your love, and you’re light, and you can feel theirs. This light is love, and it is peace. You can reach the skies and beyond. There are no barriers or boundaries. Expand and feel the peace that surrounds you. The love, the connection, the oneness, that is you. All that you desire is instant with you. Breathing in the love that, in cases, you allow your spirit, your wise inner self, to emerge. It may be formless, without shape or colour. Yet you can feel the presence of wisdom that emerges. You enter the void. Breathe. Connect to the center. The source of all that is you have the power to create from the source of wisdom that resides within you. Visualize the highest good unfolding in your life. You are creating all that you desire. You accept the wise and loving being that resides within you. You allow that being to emerge. You open yourself to the boundlessness of all knowledge and wisdom. Your consciousness expands and encompasses the realm of all-knowing. You do this lovingly, receiving and integrating your heart and your mind. They emerge as one; the intelligence of love, the intelligence of the universe, resounds within you. They emerge, and they integrate. Breathe into your heart, the vision of your highest good. Breathe into your physical body; you can now receive the thoughts of the universe of the divine mind. Any questions can be asked, and you can receive immediate impressions, ideas, and truths. Bring them into the mind, the heart, and the spirit, and stay in this state for as long as possible, relaxing and receiving. Now, begin coming back into the here and feel yourself back in your body. As your consciousness returns to its normal state. You’re feeling movement in your hands and your feet, coming into normal consciousness, feeling better than you have in a long time. When you’re ready, you can open your eyes. Here’s the affirmation for the mental intuitive. I am one with the Divine Mind. My thoughts are the thoughts of the universe. God’s love flows.

Is It Better To Listen To Guided Meditation?

Now, sometimes it’s a good idea just to listen to these meditations before you do them. But if you did go through it and found that you were kind of shaky at it the first time, do it again. And allow yourself the time. You can always pause the meditation at a certain point and let yourself have the experience. Okay, so that’s all I’m going to do for today. So next week, it’ll be the physical and spiritual intuition for episode 45. And I’m sorry, I thought I could do this in 4, I guess, not meditations to take a little time. It’s a beautiful card of vision of a woman looking up into the cosmos and seeing the light, similar to the lights we work with in meditation. So this card represents speed, flight, swift movement, hope, passion, and above all, it endings to delays. So that means you’re moving along, and there are no more delays. This is what is essential. The conditions around you are perfect and appear to be rapidly heading in the direction of your goals and your desires. Luck is on your side. Your enthusiasm is at an all-time high. Brace yourself as you witness the manifestation of what you’ve worked for and visualized. This is a call for the initiative. But you should also ask yourself, is there anything else I need to act on now in my life? And that’s a good question to ask! When meditating, be wise and take advantage of these ideal conditions. Now isn’t the time for you to fight against the river of life; trust, have faith, and go with the flow. Just trust this strong out current is taking you to a positive outcome. And future. I love it. I love it. I love it! I love it! Enjoy the meditations! If you’re emotional or mental, you may have to fast forward if you’re in a mental intuitive. Take a minute and do that and find out what your intuitive type is. And then, you can do the appropriate meditation. All these meditations will work for any intuitive that’s the truth.
