Let’s Catch Up! Part One – Body!

Juicing – What’s Going on Now?

So much has been going on that I am going to be posting several short blogs under ‘Let’s Catch Up!’ instead of trying to recap everything in one.

So, here we go – first installment – juicing, what’s going on now?

I have had the most amazing results from the juicing experience and will eternally appreciate my purchase of a good juicer. It made the whole process so much easier and I know it had a lot to do with me following through and juicing well for the whole seven days.

MY ENERGETIC BODY of old is back; rather than the uninspired body it had become of late.

  1. Without effort, I released ten pounds – it just didn’t belong to me any more.My metabolic rate is up and I have more energy.I am burning food more efficiently, no matter what I eat.
  2. The aches and pains I struggled with at times are gone.
  3. I sleep more soundly, plus I seem to need less of it.
  4. On my two-week holiday I enjoyed a variety of cocktails and food. I did not gain an ounce. I still did not have any of the aches and pains of old although; if I overdid the sugar I noticed a mild struggle with my respiratory. I did not juice during my travels, although I did drink a lot of water every day.
  5. Now, both my husband and I juice every morning together. And we focus our diet on great protein, vegetables and fruit. Prior to our holiday we had an old habit of snacking after dinner while we watch TV – so we do have gluten free chocolate muffins we can enjoy. Yes, they have sugar but better than a chocolate bar or candy.
  6. My flexibility is amazing compared to a few short months ago. I do the cellulite, arms and stomach workouts designed by Joe Atlas and I don’t have a problem with the flexibility. I do find them intense though, and I am already seeing results in tone over just a few sessions. Google Joe Atlas – you might like his program for yourself.
