Looking For An Assistant for April 2010 Expos
2010 Body Soul and Spirit Expos in Grand Prairie, Edmonton and Calgary.
For these shows I am looking for an assistant who will work with me for the three full weekends in April. The right person will contact me through either email or by phone to discussed the terms and conditions of this temporary position. The person I seek is well spoken, neat and tidy in appearance and has an understanding of the work I do. She or he will be able to speak to others about our work with joy and clarity. A positive attitude and ready smile are essential. Good physical stamina is required for set-up and the intense hours.
As I will be doing readings at these shows, my assistant will be responsible for handling the booth registrations for the readings, assigning times to seekers. The assistant will also be responsible for speaking about and marketing the meditation CDs at the booth, as well as arrange in-office bookings if required. They will be required to become familiar with the Formula V credit card processing system and receive payments for services rendered and product purchased at the Expos. As I will also be presenting at all three Expos, you will be required to maintain the booth in my absence from it.
The hours will be long as we will be traveling on Thursdays, loading the Expos on Thursday evenings and working with the public on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We will then tear down the booth on Sunday evening and will return home the same evening. We will travel together in my Escalade which is reliable and safe. Some driving may be required of the assistant and a valid Alberta drivers license would be an asset.
The dates are April 8th to April 11th. April 15th to April 18th and April 22 to April 25th. I would prefer to have someone willing to travel with me for all three Expos to develop familiarity and create continuity. All meals, travel and accommodation expenses will be covered by the Studio. We will discuss financial remuneration in our interview.
