Own and Release…

Own And Release your Issues…

“Craziness. I think it is all just craziness!!”

I hear this more and more from clients trying to keep their seemingly chaotic worlds from flipping upside down.

“How come this is happening? Why is she … why is he … why are they … why can’t I???”

And I agree to a point, because clearly; it is a changing world. However, where I pull back a bit is around chaotic. Or crazy. Or other words I hear a lot like … devastating economy… unstable environment… recession… depression … etc etc etc. You get my drift.

I pull back because I am highly sensitive and susceptible to toxic energies. When I listen to the negative words and feel the negative feelings, then my world for sure does change. It changes fast.

As soon as I own (by acting or reacting) the negativity, it very truly becomes a part of my body, my mind and my world. And that is because I create my own reality.

Yes, that’s right. I own exactly what I respond to. I own it because if I am responding then it already is a part of who I am and who I am becoming.

Here is one technique I use to keep my balance, and avoid embracing a toxic, chaotic, negative mindset / lifestyle.

It is Called Ho’oponopono and is explained in the book Zero Limits by Dr Joe Vitale and Dr Hew Len:

“Dr Hew Len states that we are all responsible for everything that we see in our world. By taking full personal responsibility and then healing the wounded places within ourselves, we can literally heal ourselves and our world. As related by Joe Vitale in the radio interview, Dr. Len suggests a four-stage process for this ho’oponopono work. Whenever a place for healing presents itself in your life, open to the place where the hurt resides within you. After identifying this place, with as much feeling as you can, say the below four statements:”

• I love you.
• I’m sorry.
• Please forgive me.
• Thank you.

Repeat until the hurt is released.

When I decided to try this it was simply because I had nothing to lose, and no one would get hurt in the process. Why not? When I discovered how well it works, I had to share it. So you try it. Then you can Own and Release Your Issues too.

Until next time…
