Voiceless…!?

Hi Everyone,

When I look at the lack of blog posts on my website for 2020 it feels like par for the course.  It’s been a year!  So many changes.  So much uncertainty.  A world in crisis.  A world!!  Not my family, not my country but the whole doggone world!  But when I sat still and looked around, I noticed the consistency through the cracks.  As the pandemic swept the globe, babies kept on being born, people kept on transitioning out of physical, in fact many things just kept on keeping on.  The seasons changed, the grass grew, the leaves changed in the cooler autumn.  The ocean tides came in and out.  In fact the sun came up every day, no matter what was happening here with the human species on the planet, the sun never wavered – and we didn’t need to focus on it or do a thing to make it happen.

So when I sit here now, musing on the challenges the year has provided for almost all of us, I also muse on the opportunities we have had to change and grow.  So many false character masks have been replaced with medical half masks.  So many families reconnected or resolved challenges, moving on to reinvent more fulfilling lives.  So much that needed to be done – got done! So many businesses reinvented the way they choose to interact with the public.  We are an adaptable species – if we choose to be.

And in the midst of it all, I lost my voice.  Diagnosed with laryngitis, I found myself getting completely backed up with clients, as I couldn’t talk through any consultations.  It’s a first for me, and now that I am back doing consultations, I have to take it easy.  I still sound a bit like a young man going through puberty with the squeaky highs and lows, but at least I can be heard.  I am seeing clients again, and I am doing a lot of phone consulting again.

However, there are several clients who connected by phone, and never heard back from me because I couldn’t talk.  Those of you who connected through the website got the relevant info re booking as I had your email addresses.

So, if you are one who left a message on my answering service, in July,  August or Sept.,  could you please email me through the website and we can get you set up.  I apologize and never meant to leave you hanging.  I look forward to hearing from you again so I can be of service to you.

Thanks everyone – I’m back and very happy to be working at least at half mast.  If you wish an appointment, there are limited spaces so  don’t hesitate to connect – preferably through the booking link on the website.  I’ll see you soon.

Namaste from Sharyn
